Hanbarsi Kupusamy
Hanbarsi Kupusamy, M.Ed (Early Childhood Education) is the Principal of Kipinä Malaysia, bringing over nine years of experience in early childhood education, curriculum innovation, and school leadership. She holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Malaya, where she built a strong foundation in child development, inclusive learning, and educational psychology.
With extensive experience leading and mentoring educators across preschools in Malaysia, Hanbarsi is passionate about integrating Kipinä’s Finnish-inspired approach to create a joyful, purposeful, and holistic learning experience. Guided by her belief that “Happy Children, Happy School,” she strives to cultivate confident, creative, and compassionate learners who are equipped to thrive in an ever-changing world.
