Meet our managers
Imane Biddyre
Imane holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages and a Bachelor's degree in Safety & Security. She has been teaching since 2018 and is currently preparing her master's degree in English Studies.
Imane holds KAT Certification (Kipinä Academic Training) and also studied at Häme University of Applied Sciences (Finland) specialising as a lead teacher and principal.
Imane loves to watch children grow and learn and her pedagogical philosophy is : "I believe that children learn best through play."
Maria del Mar
Mar graduated in Science Education, English philology and Social Studies by the University Of Cordoba in Spain.
She holds KAT Certification. She previously worked in Kipina Dar Bouazza for almost 3 years. She is delighted to share her experience and her 34 years of experience in Kipina Kozy El Jadida as a professional Early Years Educator in English and Educational Coordinator.
Mar has been living in Morocco for 13 years working for Montessori or the AEFE amongst others. She has worked with young children for over three decades. She is fostering Montessori, Reggio Emilia, wildschooling and homeschooling that she has been practising for the last 15 years. She is amazed by how kids grow and learn by their own experiences and curiosity, therefore inviting them to explore and play are the best ways for a long life of learning.

A Kipinä Kozy is like a little sibling. It comes from the same family. The teacher training and certification, curriculum, lesson plans, learning outcomes are all the same as a regular Kipinä, it's just that space may be limited at the school, or some resources may not be available.
