Kieran Galvin CMgr FCMI, FCIM, MIoD, FRSA is the originator of the Kipinä concept and brand and has more than 30 years of business experience across the UK, Australia, and the Middle East. His entrepreneurial leadership has been instrumental in Kipinä’s global expansion through franchise partnerships and joint ventures.

Before launching Kipinä, Kieran spent a decade in commercial property brokerage, structuring and raising capital for unlisted trusts and syndicates, experience that shaped his commercial discipline and ability to build ventures on solid financial foundations.

Today, his focus is on creating scalable models that blend strategic clarity with operational execution. At Kipinä and Infinnity, he drives disciplined expansion, long-term value creation, and the integration of AI into education software, establishing future-ready platforms that support educators and strengthen schools worldwide.

jeannine laubner

President of global education

Jeannine Laubner MAT is a fourth-generation educator with over 20 years of experience, Jeannine Laubner holds a Master’s degree in Teaching and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In addition she holds  Cross-cultural, Language and Academic Development certification.

As President of Global Education at Kipinä, Jeannine has been instrumental in developing and refining the Kipinä Enhanced Finland Curriculum, ensuring its adaptability across 15 countries and eight languages. She has led the creation of innovative teaching tools and professional development programs, empowering over 500 teachers worldwide.

Jeannine’s deep understanding of pedagogy and psychology underpins her commitment to fostering high-quality early education and supporting Kipinä’s mission to set new standards in global preschool learning

She is the author of “Millennials Guide To Early Childhood Education.”

SUDINO LIM

CEO - ASIA

Sudino Lim MBM brings over 30 years of leadership experience in education and business in Asia. As the former CEO of INTI College Indonesia, he successfully transformed it into Pradita University and oversaw operations across academic, financial, and compliance functions. Currently, he serves as International Division Head of APTISI Region 3, fostering global collaborations in higher education. 

Sudino is the partner and driver of Kipinä’s rapid growth in Indonesia and will lead our growth across Asia, leveraging his deep knowledge of the region’s regulations and competitive landscape.

Among other qualifications, he holds a Master’s in Business Management.

Faizol Musa MBA, Master of Corporate Communication & Public Relations,  is a seasoned international education leader with extensive experience across Southeast Asia.


 Before joining Kipinä, he spent over a decade with the International Baccalaureate as Regional Development and Recognition Manager, and earlier held senior roles at Cambridge Assessment International Education and the British Council.


Based in Malaysia, he now leads Kipinä’s expansion across Asia, bringing strategic insight and proven expertise in building partnerships and school networks.

DAVID HO

David Ho is a Singaporean entrepreneur and education innovator with a two-decade track record of building and scaling ventures across Asia.

He founded The Eighth Note Music School in 2004, growing it into one of Singapore’s leading music education providers with partnerships in more than a third of local schools and endorsements from the National Arts Council, before expanding into Cambodia through franchising and completing a successful exit in 2016.

David went on to establish The Teacher’s Academy, delivering teacher training workshops and diploma programmes across Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia, with recognition from the London Qualification Awards (UK).

 David brings his deep expertise in international expansion, partnership building, and training to support Kipinä’s growth strategy and global positioning.

Shareen Ratnani

VICE President of education- ASIA

Shareeh Ratnani MSc (Education) has over 25 years experience in early childhood education. She served as a teacher, trainer, consultant, and parenting coach. She co-founded Kiddie Planet Montessori Preschool in Jakarta, leading it for more than two decades, and has directed academics and operations across Kipinä Kids Indonesia.


Now, as Vice President of Education for Asia, she brings deep expertise in curriculum design, and leadership development to support Kipinä’s rapid regional growth.

Ali Irfan MBA is credited with setting up the first Kipinä preschool in the UAE .


Ali has 20 years of experience in senior management positions for globally renowned Telecommunications-Media-Technology firms. He has previously worked as a strategy consultant in the US market focusing on the operational enhancement of fortune 500 companies.


Ali holds and MBA from Yale and an undergraduate degree from Wharton.
