Kieran Galvin MBA CMgr FCMI is the founder of Kipinä, the world’s fastest-growing Finnish-model preschool brand, operating across 15 countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Before launching Kipinä, Kieran spent a decade in commercial property brokerage. He structured and raised capital for unlisted property trusts, experience that honed the commercial discipline underpinning Kipinä’s expansion.

Today he focuses on architecting scalable education ventures that combine smart licensing, digital infrastructure, and AI-driven tools to enhance learning quality and operational efficiency.

President of global education

Jeannine Laubner MAT is a fourth-generation educator with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and Cross-Cultural, Language, and Academic Development certification.

As President of Global Education at Kipinä, Jeannine has been pivotal in designing and refining the Kipinä Enhanced Finland Curriculum, adapting it across 15 countries and eight languages. She has led the creation of innovative teaching tools and professional development programmes, empowering more than 500 educators worldwide.

Her deep grounding in pedagogy and psychology drives her commitment to advancing high-quality early learning and supporting Kipinä’s mission to set new benchmarks in global preschool education.

Jeannine is also the author of Millennials’ Guide to Early Childhood Education.

SUDINO LIM

Sudino Lim MBM brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across education and business in Asia. As former CEO of INTI College Indonesia, he led its transformation into Pradita University, overseeing all academic, financial, and compliance operations. He currently serves as International Division Head of APTISI Region 3, driving global collaboration and quality advancement in higher education.

As Kipinä’s regional partner and the force behind its rapid growth in Indonesia, Sudino leads our expansion across Asia, drawing on his deep understanding of regional education systems, regulations, and market dynamics.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management.

Faizol Musa MBA is an international education leader with extensive experience across Southeast Asia. He holds a Master’s in Corporate Communication and Public Relations.

Before joining Kipinä, Faizol spent more than a decade with the International Baccalaureate as Regional Development and Recognition Manager, and previously held senior positions with Cambridge Assessment International Education and the British Council.

Based in Malaysia, he leads Kipinä’s expansion across Asia, bringing strategic insight and a strong track record in building partnerships, school networks, and institutional recognition.

DAVID HO

David Ho is a Singaporean entrepreneur and education innovator with more than two decades of experience building and scaling ventures across Asia.

He founded The Eighth Note Music School in 2004, growing it into one of Singapore’s leading music education providers, partnering with over a third of local schools and earning endorsements from the National Arts Council. The business later expanded to Cambodia through franchising, where he completed a successful exit in 2016.

David went on to establish The Teacher’s Academy, delivering teacher training workshops and diploma programmes across Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia, with recognition from the London Qualification Awards (UK).

Shareen Ratnani

Shareen Ratnani MSc (Education) has more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education. She has worked as a teacher, trainer, consultant, and parenting coach, and co-founded Kiddie Planet Montessori Preschool in Jakarta, which she led for over two decades. She has also directed academics and operations for Kipinä Kids Indonesia.

As Vice President of Education for Asia, Shareen brings deep expertise in curriculum design and leadership development, strengthening Kipinä’s regional growth and commitment to educational excellence.

Ali Irfan MBA is credited with establishing the first Kipinä Preschool in the United Arab Emirates.

He brings more than 20 years of senior management experience across global Telecommunications, Media, and Technology firms, and previously worked as a strategy consultant in the United States, focusing on operational enhancement for Fortune 500 companies.

Ali holds an MBA from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School.
