Shiraz Belhassan
Shiraz Belhassan is an experienced preschool director and business graduate from Groupe Iscae, Morocco. Shiraz grew up in several countries, exposing her to diverse languages and cultures and igniting a curiosity for driving improvements based on international best practices. This background and her professional qualifications led to a successful corporate career before Shiraz followed her life-long passion for education, pivoting into education management in the early years sector.
Combining her professional skills and education management experience, Shiraz was instrumental in bringing Finnish education to Morocco, launching Kipinä in Rabat. As a working owner of Kipinä Rabat, she takes a hands-on role and is deeply involved in the day-to-day activities of the nursery."I am very engaged with the children, teachers, and parents. Despite fulfilling a management and administrative role, you might catch me playing with kids in class or in the playground, because fostering their growth and joy is where my true passion lies."
